We all live on the same planet, we are all in the same boat. Together we are responsible for the preservation of Mother Earth. We also share the responsibility to take care of each other. The western, developed world bears a considerable burden of this responsibility. We want to live up to this responsibility and make the world a better place for all of us. Our "compass" are the widely accepted goals of sustainable development.

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the 193 UN member states at the UN Summit on Sustainable Development in September 2015. The "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" is a roadmap for ending global poverty and ensuring a life in dignity for all people. It is also a clear call to work in partnership and intensify efforts to share prosperity, strengthen people's livelihoods, secure peace and protect our planet for the benefit of this and future generations.
